Skill Certification – Food Production (Ck)Admission Procedure/Eligibility CriteriaUndergraduate Degree and Diploma Curses:

For an undergraduate degree or diploma course, applicants need to complete senior secondary (10+2) examination with English as one of the subjects. Admission to B.Sc course is done through an entrance examination (NCHMCT -JEE). For diploma courses admission is granted on the basis of marks obtained in the last academic examination. Upper age limit is 22 years.

Postgraduate Degree and Diploma Courses:

For postgraduate diploma, candidates need to have a graduation degree in any stream with English as one of the subjects. Admission is granted based on the aggregate marks. The upper age limit is 25 years.

For M.Sc. in Dietetics and Food Service Management, applicants need to have a graduation degree in Home Science with Biochemistry. Candidates with a PG Diploma in Dietetics & Public Health Nutrition or Dietetics & Hospital Food Service are also eligible for the course. Admission is granted based on the aggregate percentage.

For M.Sc. in Hospitality Administration, applicants need to have an undergraduate degree in Hospital & Hotel Administration or a 3-year diploma in Hotel Management. Admission is granted on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the NCHMCT (National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology).

Certificate and Crash Courses:

Candidates need to complete Xth board examination with English as one of the subjects. Upper age limit is 22 years. Admission is granted on the basis of marks obtained in the examination.

For Hospitality Trainer Program, candidates need t have a 1st class B.Sc degree in Hospital & Hotel Administration. Admission is granted on the basis of performance in the qualifying examination, conducted by NCHMCT.

For “Hunar se Rozgar” courses, applicants need to be at least 8th passed. Admission is on the basis of first-come-first serve.

For Skill Certification – Food Production (Ck) curse, candidates need to have work experience in the hotel industry. Admission is on the basis of first-come-first.Fee Structure1st year:
