It was established in the year 2001 by the Somaiya charitable Trust. This AICTE approved institution offers 4 year full time bachelor of engineering courses in 4 streams – Computer, Electronics and Telecommunications, Information Technology and Electronics. It is also accredited by the Tata Consultancy Services and recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education of Maharashtra. The college has an active placement cell where training is also imparted.
