Kurnool Medical College, Andhra Pradesh is recognized by the Medical Council of India and was the third medical institute to be established in the state. The college began its journey with 50 MBBS students and is now able to accommodate 150 students in the course per year. Kurnool Medical College also offers residential facilities to its students.

Admission Procedure Undergraduate admissions take place on the basis of the applicants’ scores in the Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET). This examination is conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad (JNTU). The marks obtained at the 10+2 examinations will also be taken into account. Post graduate candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Andhra Pradesh PG Medical Entrance Exam (APPG) which is then followed by a counseling session.

Eligibility Criteria For undergraduate degree programs, the applicants have to pass their higher secondary examinations from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the subjects.
