Patna Medical College

The Patna Medical College is one of the oldest medical schools in eastern India and began its journey with 35 students. The college also boasts of being the first medical institution in India to have started the postgraduate program in the year 1932.

Admission Procedure The undergraduate aspirants are admitted on the basis of their scores in the Combined Medical Education Entrance Test (CMEET) which is conducted by the Medical Council of India.
Examinations & Results Examinations are held through the semester system.
Eligibility Criteria The applicants will have to be at least 17 years of age and need to pass their 10+2 examinations either with Physics, Biology and Chemistry or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates who have a Bachelors degree will also be able to apply for the post graduate programs in the relevant subjects.
