Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Examination, 2012

The Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Examination, 2012 will be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission for the recruitment of assistants in the ministries of the Central Government, inspectors of Income Tax, tax assistants, auditors and statistical investigators.

Important Dates and Parameters
Exam Date The Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Examination, 2012 is scheduled to be held on the 1st and the 8th of July.
Exam Time The examination will be held over a period of two days.
Fees The fee for both online and offline registrations is INR 100. Female candidates and aspirants belonging to the SC/ST/Specially abled categories will not have to pay any fees.
Registration Closing Date The last for registration is 20th of April, 2012.
Eligibility Criteria: Age and Education To apply for this examination, the candidates need to have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The candidates should not be below 18 and above 27 years of age.
Admit Card Availability The admit cards for the SSC exam will be sent to the candidates through post.
Availability of Brochure and Forms The online application forms will be available on the official website of the Staff Selection Commission. The offline forms will be available from the designated head post offices.
Application Mode: Cash, Demand Draft, Credit Card, net Banking Payments for the offline applications have to be made through the Central Recruitment Fee Stamps and the online registration payments can be made through challans from any State Bank of India branch.

4 General Intelligence and Reasoning: problem solving, observation, concepts of relationships, visual memory, spatial orientation and visualization, differences and similarities, judgment, and analogies.
