Availability of Application Form and Prospectus: The candidates can purchase the application forms through post by sending a crossed demand draft in favor of Jamia Milia Islamia. Candidates can also download the prospectus from http://www.jmi.ac.in/ the official website of the university.
Application Fee: The application fee for the different courses varies within a range of INR 200 to INR 550. However, the candidates can apply for four courses through the same form and in that case they have to pay INR 300 only.

Mode of Payment for Jamia Milia Islamia Entrance Exam: Payments have to be made through demand drafts. Any other form of payment will not be accepted.

Submission of the application form: The application forms can either be submitted through post or personally at the respective department office between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays.

Documents required to be submitted with the application form: Three passport sized color photographs of the candidate have to be attached to the application form. The photographs need to be self attested. The photos need to be attached with the help of gum and should not be pinned or stapled.

Availability of Admit Cards: The candidates who submit the application forms personally will be able to collect their admit cards from the office itself. Those candidates who want the admit cards delivered to them by post should send a self-addressed envelope with a stamp of INR 25 to the university.

MA (Political Science) Graduate in Political Science with at least 50% marks.
MA (Economics) Honors graduate in any subject from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.
MA (Social Work) Honors graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks.
MA (Public Administration) Graduation in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
