UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University) Entrance Exam

UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University) Entrance Exam is conducted for students who want to pursue professional courses like engineering and architecture at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

Fees For General/OBC candidates: INR 1000

For SC/ST candidates: INR 500

Eligibility Criteria: Age and Education For undergraduate courses, the applicants have to pass their 10+2 examinations in the science stream from a recognized board with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. The students belonging to General/OBC category should have 40% marks in the qualifying examination and the SC/ST candidates need 35%. Only applicants who are domicile of Uttar Pradesh will be able to sit for the entrance examination. The minimum age requirement is 17 years.

For postgraduate courses, the candidates need to be graduates with Mathematics for MCA and a graduate in any field for MBA.

Availability of Brochure and Forms The forms will be available from the official website as well as the head post offices in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Dehradun. The filled-in forms have to be sent to the university via registered or speed post.
Application Mode: Cash, Demand Draft, Credit Card, Net Banking The fees have to be sent through demand drafts.
