Collages in France

Are you planning to travel abroad for higher education? France may be the best option for you as colleges in the country are not only internationally recognized but also offer contemporary courses that prepare the students to face the professional world. The main feature of college education in France is that there is no cap on the number of students taking admission in a course of study, other than study programs in medicine. Moreover, the number and amount of scholarship offered to international students studying in colleges in France are many and organized. A survey says that students do not have to wait long for receiving the scholarships from the government and college authorities after arrival in France.

An international survey conducted in the academic session 2010 – 2011 shows that France is ranked fourth in the world in terms of admission of international students in colleges. There were close to 2,63,000 foreign students in France in this academic year, which also means that 11.7% of international students from over the world study in colleges in France. The Financial Times report shows that 13 among the 40 European institutes contributing to global education are located in France. College education in France is so advanced that higher education institutes outside the country adopt the teaching pattern and syllabus of the French colleges.
