Education for Non-Resident Students in Gujarat: As far as the non-resident students in Gujarat universities are concerned, there are no special seats allocated for them. But they will not find it difficult to stay in the state as there are hostels accommodations available in most of the universities. They can also stay as paying guests outside the campus.
Education for Foreign Students in Gujarat: As far as the Gujarat National Law University is concerned, they have some seats reserved for the NRI students. For their undergraduate courses they have three seats for the NRI students, whereas for Post Graduation, they have two seats reserved for them. Gujarat Agricultural University on the other hand has ten seats reserved for the NRI and NRI sponsored students. The Department of Business and Industrial Management and Gujarat Ayurved University have three seats for foreign students in Gujarat who hold scholarships.
Hostels and Accommodation in Gujarat: Every University in Gujarat has hostel facilities for both girls as well as boys. Be it the Gujarat University, Sardar Patel University, Saurashtra University or the Gujarat National Law University, accommodation will not be a problem. The hostels are well maintained and provide extremely clean and hygienic living conditions for the students. Every hostel also has provision for indoor games and television sets in the common rooms. If the students want independent accommodation outside the university campuses, they can opt for PG accommodations too.
