Medium of Instruction English is the medium of instruction in ASN Senior Secondary School.
Admission Procedure The process for registration for admission will begin on the 2nd of January, 2012 and the forms will be available till the 16th of the same month. The forms can be purchased from the school office on all the working days between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. For the candidates belonging to the economically weaker sections, the forms will be made available between 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. The last date for form submission is the 16th of January. The first list of the selected candidates will appear on the 21st of January.

The admission procedure would be declared closed on the 31st of March, 2012.

For admission to the nursery class, there are a total of 200 seats. 50 of these seats have been reserved for the Freeship Quota; the Management Quota has 40 seats under it, 100 general seats and 10 seats for the children of the members of the staff.

The admissions are based on the point system and are decided by the following factors:

Siblings: 20 points

First born: 20 points


Within 0 – 5 km: 25 points

Within 6 to 10 km: 15 points

Within 11 to 13 km: 10 points

School Alumni: 10 points

Children of Transferable Employees: 10 points

Girl Child: 10 points

Child with Special Needs: 5 points

Freeship students will be selected by the drawing of lots.
