Admission Procedure Admission to nursery starts in the month of September. Candidates need to be between 4 years and 5 years of age for admission to this section, on 1st April in the year of admission.

For admission to classes KG to IX, admission is generally made in the month of April, subject to availability of seats. Only boys previously studied in English medium schools are eligible for admission.

Students coming from other cities (transfer cases) are not eligible for admission, unless they are from an English medium background.

At the time of interview or test, students need to produce the documents as follows:

  • Original birth certificate from the Kolkata Municipal Corporation or equivalent
  • Salary Certificates or Form 16 of parents
  • Baptism Certificate attested by the Pastor-in-charge (for Christian students)
  • Original Discharge Certificate from the hospital/nursing home where the child was born
  • Photocopy of ICSE/ISC certificate (for children of former alumni)
  • ‘Immunization Certificate’ (in original) of the student
  • Fitness Certificate (in original), issued by a registered medical practitioner (for admission to classes II to XI)
