Admission Procedure | International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (Std.XI & XII) :
Candidates completing Xth board examination are eligible for this course. Admission Forms for IBDP are issued in the 3rd week of September. Forms need to be submitted by the 2nd week of October. Admission is done through a screening test (JNET). Students need to be between 16 years and 19 years. Documents needed to be submitted are -
ISC – Standard XI: Admission is for students completing standard X board examination from ICSE or equivalent board. Forms are issued on 1st week of December and need to be submitted by 2nd week of December. IGCSE – for standard VIII: Admission is for students belonging to age group of 14 years to 16 years. The degree is similar to the UK -GCSE. This is not actually a course, but a test to evaluate an individual’s knowledge. Students completing this examination proceed to IBDP or A-level examinations. NIOS: Forms for admission to this course are issued in the last week of April. Completed forms need to be submitted by 1st week of May. This course is equivalent to standard X board examination. [The exact dates for issue of forms and submission vary from one session to another.] |
