The Maharani Gayatri Devi (MGD) Girls Public School has a long tradition of imparting quality education in the country. The school was the first public institution in Rajasthan to be formally recognized by the Public School Council of India Conference (I.P.S.C). The MGD Girls School in Jaipur had started with the Cambridge examination in the year 1950, but later shifted to the Indian School Certificate board Examination (ISCE) from 1962. However, the present syllabus followed in the school is CBSE.
The reputed school in Jaipur imparts education to students from Classes I to XII. There are stringent rules in the school which says that any student failing to secure 75 percent attendance cannot sit for board examinations. Unique subjects like foreign languages have also been introduced in the school syllabus.
