St. John’s High School, Chandigarh was previously affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations but switched to the Central Board of Secondary Education in the year 1993-94. In 2003, the school received the National Computer Literacy Award in the private schools category. St. John’s High School has two blocks – junior and senior. It began its academic journey with a meager 41 students but has grown since and presently accommodates a total of 1200 students. Thanks to the Creative Learning Integrated Program, the textbooks have made way for interdisciplinary books as well as worksheet booklets.
