Netaji Subhash Open University

Netaji Subhas Open University, abbreviated as NSOU, is one of the most widely-accepted open universities imparting distance education in the entire eastern region of India. Founded in the year 1997, this university has achieved the status of ‘Mega University’ with a total of 191 study centers with over 250000 students. It is the 58th largest university across the globe and has 6 campuses in Kolkata.

NSOU is a proud member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Association of Asian Open Universities (AAOU), and Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU). Moreover, it is recognized and approved by the following authorities:
