Admission Procedure/ Eligibility Criteria Candidates who have completed a secondary education program can enroll at the Pennsylvania University. Those willing to enroll at a pre-university program, need to score high marks in SPM, GCSE, WASC, HKCE, O-levels, or India’s “Std X” examination. The university also considers scores obtained in SAT and ACT prior to granting admissions to students.
Scholarships/Financial Aid The university offers limited number of scholarships to international candidates. Indian applicants, who are in need of financial assistance, need to fill up the College Board’s International Student Certification of Finances and the College Board’s CSS/PROFILE (International Student Financial Aid Application).
