Admission Procedure Admissions are based on the performance of the students in the Central University Combined Entrance Test (CUCET). The admission tests are usually held in the month of June.

Eligibility Criteria For the applicants of post graduation in Science subjects, they should have a Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Agricultural Science, Physics or Chemistry. Computer Science aspirants can also be graduates in Physical sciences, computer application, or Engineering. Applicants for Statistics need to have a degree in either Mathematics or Statistics. The minimum scores required at the graduation level are 55% for General/OBC applicants and 50% for SC/ST.For post graduation in Counseling Psychology, the applicants need to be a graduate in any of the following subjects: Life Sciences, Psychology or Medical Science. Post graduation in Development Studies and Communication and Media Studies require the aspirants to have a Bachelors degree in any field. The Master of Arts applicants also need to have at least 55% (General/OBC) and 50% (SC/ST). Once they pass the entrance examinations, they will also have to appear for a group discussion and an interview session at the university campus.
